HOW DO I CLEAN A LEATHER DOG BED?
Good news!
You do not need to waste time laundering your Le Dog leather dog bed. Le Bed easily wipes clean so you can forget about having to wash your dog bed cover ever again. We recommend using a glycerine soap to clean and condition the leather. Visit our Care page for our recommendation on how to keep your bed looking fab.
WILL SPILLS OR MY WET DOG RUIN THE LEATHER?
More good news! Leather is extremely resilient and particularly good for dogs that drool, lick or like to come in and have a nap after a wet romp in the great outdoors. Le Bed will easily wipes down so no more washing your dog bed cover. It's also naturally water resistant making it easy to clean up after accidents.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO PROCESS AND SHIP OUT?
In the United States orders will be processed in 1-2 days and shipped via UPS ground and typically take 4-7 business days. In Canada your order will processed in 1-2 days and ship via UPS and will arrive within 4-7 days. I purchased the large le bed for my Australian shepherd and she loves it! It’s soooo comfortable, fits in any decor, she has lots of space and worth the price for the quality! And can’t forget about how easy it is to clean!!
I recently purchased the Le Dog bed in the colour Bone and noticed that the fit was noticeably loose (I had to insert two blankets inside the cover to make it more snug). I contacted Le Dog via instagram to ask whether it could be a sizing issue or a defect. Initially, I was told the mattress was one inch too short and was offered a first-generation replacement mattress that had yellowed due to oxidation, which I accepted and provided my address for. The next day, I was told the issue was actually caused by the compression process and that I needed to manually expand the blue foam myself. Trying to do so caused the foam to tear. When I explained that I wasn’t comfortable continuing because it was damaging the mattress and that I would rather receive the replacement mattress they had originally offered, I was encouraged to continue adjusting the foam myself. I had to ask three separate times if I could receive the replacement mattress I was offered because it wasn’t being addressed. The entire back-and-forth through Instagram lasted over a week and a half. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience.

As I outlined in our IG messages, after investigating with our supplier, we identified the issue as foam compression from shipping rather than a sizing defect. Throughout our conversations, I offered multiple resolution options including troubleshooting support of the current mattress, a replacement mattress, a full refund, and pricing an additional leather cover for the original mattress. You outlined this was requested so you could still use the mattress you're unhappy with while also receiving the replacement foam.
To clarify, the replacement mattress offer was never withdrawn I just also offered a full refund as a secondary option for you. The only request we were unable to accommodate was providing an additional leather cover at no charge alongside the replacement mattress.
Ultimately, we proceeded with shipping the replacement mattress just hours prior to this review being posted.

These beds are truly magical! We have three large dogs and fabric beds stink! No matter how much you wash them or how often they just always smell funky. These beds smell amazing from the moment you open the package, imagine the smell of nice leather purse. Muddy dog on bed, wipe it off! An accident on the bed, wipe it off! The leather protects the foam core and it never gets stinky! We had 3 beds to start and other fabric beds throughout the house. I have recently replaced them all! I cannot recommend them enough. Additionally the company is so easy to work with and our orders came so quickly. The bonus is they also look so much nicer around the house than the fabric ones!
Absolutely amazing bed! The quality exceeded our expectation and the dogs love it! Its the perfect spot to lounge infront of the fireplace. The colour options made it easy to match our decor and it looks like a custom piece of furniture.
I bought the med size bed in the color cognac. The leather is beautiful and the zipper is heavy duty. I made the mistake and should have purchased a large bed. Now I’m looking at the thinner bed which might be a better fit. The cushion in the other bed is so thick she doesn’t go on it as much as I thought she would.
