I purchased the large le bed for my Australian shepherd and she loves it! It’s soooo comfortable, fits in any decor, she has lots of space and worth the price for the quality! And can’t forget about how easy it is to clean!!
I recently purchased the Le Dog bed in the colour Bone and noticed that the fit was noticeably loose (I had to insert two blankets inside the cover to make it more snug). I contacted Le Dog via instagram to ask whether it could be a sizing issue or a defect. Initially, I was told the mattress was one inch too short and was offered a first-generation replacement mattress that had yellowed due to oxidation, which I accepted and provided my address for. The next day, I was told the issue was actually caused by the compression process and that I needed to manually expand the blue foam myself. Trying to do so caused the foam to tear. When I explained that I wasn’t comfortable continuing because it was damaging the mattress and that I would rather receive the replacement mattress they had originally offered, I was encouraged to continue adjusting the foam myself. I had to ask three separate times if I could receive the replacement mattress I was offered because it wasn’t being addressed. The entire back-and-forth through Instagram lasted over a week and a half. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience.

As I outlined in our IG messages, after investigating with our supplier, we identified the issue as foam compression from shipping rather than a sizing defect. Throughout our conversations, I offered multiple resolution options including troubleshooting support of the current mattress, a replacement mattress, a full refund, and pricing an additional leather cover for the original mattress. You outlined this was requested so you could still use the mattress you're unhappy with while also receiving the replacement foam.
To clarify, the replacement mattress offer was never withdrawn I just also offered a full refund as a secondary option for you. The only request we were unable to accommodate was providing an additional leather cover at no charge alongside the replacement mattress.
Ultimately, we proceeded with shipping the replacement mattress just hours prior to this review being posted.
We care deeply about our customer experience and standby our products. I will use this feedback to improve our process moving forward.
The clip comes undone at random times on my walk. Disappointed . Love the colour though!

I’ve never found a dog bed that looked like it fit in my home let alone a leather dog bed! My dog loves it and it blends in our space and won’t get gross and dingy like those Costco beds you see laying around people’s homes long after they should have been replaced.
We ordered because our dog kept scratching up the foam mat in his crate and sleeping on the hard plastic. He does not scratch this mat up and it looks great too!
